A McConnellsburg woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness in connection with an incident at the McConnellsburg substation of the Pennsylvania State Police. Debra Kay Marshall, 45, is accused of causing a disturbance at the barracks on Saturday, November 20, while in a highly intoxicated state. Marshall was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
