Flag Football Playoffs

Fulton County’s White flag team qualified for the playoffs, a first for the Cowboys flag teams in the Southern Huntingdon league. The Southern Division playoffs took place on October 23 and 24, with the Southern Division champion advancing to the Super Bowl on October 30.

White took on Southern Huntingdon Gold in the first game, claiming a 26-12 victory. Parker Gearhart and Landon Sediers powered the scoring for the Cowboys with two touchdowns and one extra point each.

The first-round victory advanced the team to play Mount Union Gold in the second game Saturday afternoon. The teams battled to a nail-biting 31-27 final, with Mount Union taking the win and advancing to the Southern Division final. Landon Seiders scored two touchdowns and one extra point in the second game, while Parker Gearhart added two touchdowns. Zander Sipes also converted an extra point.

Southern Huntingdon Gray defeated Mount Union Gold, advancing to represent the Southern Division in the Super Bowl against Juniata Valley.
