The family of Betty J. Berkstresser would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our friends and neighbors for their visits, food, cards and words of condolence.

Special thanks to Dr. Stern and the emergency room staff for their caring and compassionate attitude. Also the Hustontown and McConnellsburg ambulance services.

Special thanks to M.R. Brown Funeral Home and Pastor Bill for conducting a beautiful service.

God bless all of you for your love and support for Betty as she struggled with MS for many years.

McConnellsburg Middle School Life Skills Class would like to thank Lincoln Way Pizza for their generosity. Lincoln Way Pizza was kind enough to donate the pizza for our fall festival party held on Friday, October 22, with the students from Southern Fulton Life Skills.

I would like to say thank you to my family and friends for everything you did for me while I was a patient in Harrisburg Hospital for bypass surgery and also since coming home. Thanks for all the prayers, cards, flowers, food, monetary gifts and for the phone calls and concern. I am grateful for the visits of everyone.

Thank you to Dr. H.D. Johnston and staff, Dr. H. Gnaskeram, Dr. Safi and staff of Chambersburg Hospital, the West Shore ambualnce crew, Harrisburg Hospital and to Dr. M. Mumtaz and staff. Also to all the wonderful nurses on the seventh floor and third floor of the ICU unit. Thanks also to the Home Nursing girls. I am feeling better each week. God bless you all.
