Historical Society Raffle Winners

President Dick Miller and museum docent Betty Daniels drew names on Sunday for the Fulton County Historical Society raffle. Winners were:

Mrs. Elizabeth Kerlin of McConnellsburg won the first prize, a reprint of the 1884 History of Bedford, Somerset and Fulton Counties; Lenora Colledge of Louisiana won the 1846 History of Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin, Bedford, Adams and Perry Counties by Rupp; Tamara Hibsch of Illinois won the 2008 book “Tonoloway, If Its Walls Could Talk;” Margaret Kwadrat of Virginia won the book Long, Long Ago 1902- 1907; R. Lee Hege of Mc- Connellsburg won the 1890s Business Directory of Mc- Connellsburg; Melissa Horton of McConnellsburg won the Mellott and Truax family histories; and Dorothy Cramer of Snow Shoe, Pa., won the antique stock and bond certificates.

The Historical Society expresses appreciation to all who participated in the raffle and to the volunteers who helped throughout the weekend.
