Wooden Spoon Inn Charged
The Wooden Spoon Inn located on the Huntingdon/ Fulton County line was charged by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for reported infractions that occurred on four different occasions between May and July. It was reported on May 8 that the “corporate president” of the Inn was visibly intoxicated while on the premises. In addition, music or entertainment could be heard outside on May 8, June 19 and 20, and on July 17. Furthermore, on May 8 and June 20, the Inn furnished or sold alcohol to two visibly intoxicated male patrons.
