Freda Belle Fultz
Freda Belle Fultz, 82, Mc- Clure, died Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at Lewistown Hospital.
She was born on February 20, 1928, in Dublin Mills, the daughter of the late Furman O. and Mary Ann (Parks) Long. She was married to the late Arthur E. “Pete” Fultz.
She attended Saltillo High School. She had worked at Kirby’s Manufacturing in McClure and also helped at the family farm growing and canning many fruits and vegetables.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, and a grandson, Ron E. Wilson Jr.
She was Protestant by faith.
She was a member of the Beaver Springs Ambulance League, the McClure Fire Co., and the Bannerville Fire Co. She enjoyed reading, embroidering and crocheting. She also enjoyed watching bunnies and birds at Dave’s home, and had a special love for her flowers.
She is survived by her three children: Shirley A. Wilson, David C. Fultz and Peggy S. Willow, all of McClure; six grandsons: Shawn C. Wilson, Chad D. and Ryan D. Fultz, Seth A., Dustin and Kirk Willow; 10 great-grandchildren, two step-greatgranddaughters, five sisters, two brothers, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, three brothers, and a sister.
Funeral services were held Monday, September 20, 11:00 a.m. at Samuel’s Church, Mc- Clure. Pastor Clark Kelsey and Pastor William Hunsicker officiated. Burial was in Black Oak Ridge Cemetery, McClure.
The George P. Garman Funeral Homes, Inc. 9366 Rt. 35, Mt. Pleasant Mills, PA have been entrusted with the arrangements.
