Group Attends 2010 Basket Fest

Longaberger branch leader Deb Toothman recently took a group trip to the 2010 Basket Fest held in Gettysburg. More than 3,500 baskets were made onsite complete with bear basket tacks. Boyds and Longaberger have been partnering for six years to have this great American event. Longaberger teams up with other great American companies all over the U.S.A. like John Deere in Moline, Ill.; Yankee Candle in Mass.; Jelly Belly in California and Williamsburg, Va. A raffle was held on the trip and the proceeds are being donated to the Fulton County Library’s Summer Reading Program.
