Two Warfordsburg area residents are slated to be charged with harassment resulting from an 11 p.m. physical altercation at 728 Hill Road in Union Township on Monday, September 6. To be charged by state police through Magisterial District Judge Carol Jean Johnson are Melissa Leach, 40, and 25-year-old Roger Pryor.
