There will be a festival at Clear Ridge on Thursday, September 16, at 4:00 p.m.

Quite a few folks are already planning for the big Fulton Fall Folk Festival in October.

We send get well wishes to Eleanor Gregg, who just spent a few days in the hospital. Also keep John Gallaher in your prayer list as he is having some physical problems and is taking chemo treatments.

Household hint: Save the life of pantyhose. Your hose will last longer if you freeze them when brand new. After wetting them thoroughly wring out and store in the freezer in plastic bags. When you need a pair thaw and let dry.
