Old Jawbone Unearthed

Gennaro C. Carracino brought this photo of a jawbone found when he was moving earth under an oak tree at his Waterfall Road home in the Hustontown area. Carracino, an environmental consultant, says that although he doesn’t know what the animal might have been, he believes it was a plant eater. He also thinks the skull could be a “couple hundred years old.” Gennaro C.
