Americans Tournament Champions

The Fulton County All- Stars Americans 11- and 12-year-olds won the Mildred Fix Tournament held at McConnellsburg Lions Club Park. Results of the tournament are as follows:

Game one: Fulton County 11, Path Valley 0. Winning pitcher was Garrison Crouse. Crouse and Landon Richards combined for a no-hitter with home runs by Ryan Koontz and J.J. Martz.

Game two: Fulton County 7, Chambersburg 2. Winning pitcher was Brad Younker and homeruns were by B. Younker and Ryan Koontz.

Game three: Fulton County 18, Hancock 0. Winning pitcher was Chase Novak, who combined with Garrison Crouse for a no-hitter.

Game four: Fulton County 19, Mercesburg 7. Winning pitcher was Ryan Koontz. Home runs by Dylan Gordon (2) and Brad Younker, Garrison Crouse and Quentin Miller.

Game five: Fulton County 3, Tuscarora 1. Winning pitcher was Brad Younker with a 2-hitter and 10 strikeouts.

Game six: championship game. Fulton County 4, Chambersburg 0. Winning pitcher was Dylan Gordon. D. Gordon and Chase Novak combined for a 3-hitter with a home run by Brock Broadwater.

Brad Younker was voted tournament MVP.

Omitted from the Mercersburg tournament last week was a grand slam by Chase Novak and a home run by Brock Broadwater.
