Carole, Brandi and son Ethan Mellott recently visited with Carole’s granddaughter, Hilary, who is a trainer on a quarter horse ranch in North Carolina.

McConnellsburg Class of 1995 held its 15th reunion on July 24 at the American Legion with a dinner and dance.

McConnellsburg Class of 1985 held its 25th reunion on July 31 at Great Cove Golf Course.

The family and some friends helped John Bishop celebrate his 70th birthday on Friday night at the American Legion.

The descendants of Charlie and Annabelle McGarvey held their annual family reunion on Sunday in Shirleysburg, where the McGarvey clan were raised.

Bryan and Deb Fletcher observed their 36th wedding anniversary on July 17.

Shane Gress is home recuperating after a stay in the York Hospital with injuries from being thrown off a horse.

Pete Rasp is at home recuperating after lung surgery recently.

Keith, Connie, Devon and Mary Ellen Cunningham recently saw the play “Joseph” at Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster.

Sympathy goes out to the families of Tammy Shotts, Cordell Carbaugh and Grace Heefner, who lost their loved ones last week.

Betty Rhodes had heart surgery in Chambersburg Hospital last Friday.

Shelia Ott Jackson of York and former resident of Fulton County recently had hip surgery and will undergo surgery on the other hip soon.

Ryan Chamberlain, son of Mont and Reta Chamberlain, came home for a short visit this past weekend and returned to Re-Creation in Port Trevorton, Pa.
