A Hanover, Pa., man faces charges of fleeing and eluding police and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia following a brief chase that ended along Ridge View Lane in Todd Township. State police attempted a traffic stop on Tuesday, June 29, at 4:30 p.m., but 20-yearold John Ellsworth Wagaman took off. A brief time later Wagaman was stopped and allegedly found to possess drug paraphernalia.
