W. Myrle Trail Needmore, 68

W. Myrle Trail, 68, Needmore, died Thursday, June 10, 2010, in Needmore from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born August 26, 1941, in Little Orleans, Md., he was the son of the late William Milford and Maysel Ketterman Trail.

He was a member of the Grace Church of the Nazarene, Hancock.

He was a self-employed farmer and painter.

Surviving are is wife, M. Louise Iden Trail, whom he married July 31, 1963, at the Piney Plains United Methodist Church; two daughters: Karen Souders and Tammy Garland, both of Warfordsburg; a son, Troy Trail, Maugansville, Md.; three sisters: Marie Clingerman, Artemas; Madaline Trail, Little Orleans, Md; Mary Booth, Warfordsburg; two brothers: James Melvin Trail, Woodstock, Va.; Milford “Buzz” Trail, Warfordsburg; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, William M. Trail Jr.

Services were held Tuesday, June 15, at 1:00 p.m., at Hancock Assembly of God Church. Rev. Willis Swope officiated. Burial was made in Piney Plains United Methodist Cemetery, Little Orleans, Md.
