Autopsy Set On W. Pa. Man Found Dead Under Tractor
OHIOVILLE, Pa. (AP) – An autopsy is set on a 69- year-old man found dead beneath his tractor, where he had been mowing his property in western Pennsylvania.
Ohioville police Chief Ronald Lutton says a resident driving past the property saw James Hall pinned beneath the tractor just before 4 p.m. Thursday.
The chief says Hall was already dead when police arrived at the scene.
Beaver County Coroner Teri Tatalovich says an autopsy is scheduled Friday to determine Hall’s cause of death.
Hall was mowing part of his property while his wife was mowing elsewhere. She told police she didn’t see how he wound up under the tractor. The chief says it appears Hall fell beneath the tractor, which then ran over him.
