Chamber Holds Job Fair


Fulton County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism (FCCC&T) held a job fair on April 15 at F&M Trust’s Fulton Theatre in McConnellsburg. Eleven employment vendors who are chamber members set up and more than 60 applicants attended, including students from three local schools. Interviews and applications were done on the spot and many training opportunities were discussed. The following businesses offered employment opportunities: Community Resources for Independence, Fulton County Employment and Training, Fulton County Medical Center, Great Cove Autos, Greater PA Council of Carpenters, Independent Longaberger Consultants, Manpower, Monumental Life, Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Phantom Fireworks, and United States Army Recruiting. The FCCC&T looks forward to servicing the community and its members again by hosting a future job fair.
