Ralph Glenn, 91, McConnellsburg, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at his home
He was born July 9, 1918, in McConnellsburg, the son of the late George and Louise (Woodall) Glenn. He was married to Marjorie Culler Glenn on April 3, 1943.
He was a dairy farmer all his life as well as working as a stone mason and bricklayer.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in McConnellsburg for 62 years.
He is survived by three sons: Richard (husband of Pamela) Glenn, Mc- Connellsburg; David (husband of Sheila) Glenn, Mc- Connellsburg; and Michael L. (wife of Sharon) Glenn, Big Cove Tannery; three grandsons: Matthew, Jeffrey and Thomas and three great-grandchildren: Lainnie, Hoyt and Katie.
He was preceded in death by his parents: George Hoyt and Louise Glenn; his wife, Marjorie F. Glenn; two brothers: Charles and Sloan and five sisters: Ethel, Elizabeth, Irene, Beatrice, Dorothy and an infant sister, Betty.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 17, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in McConnellsburg. Interment was made at Union Cemetery. Pastor Christopher Martin officiated.
