Woman Hurt In Road Rage Shooting
OAKS, Pa. (AP) – A 50- year-old suburban Philadelphia man, John Yannarell, surrendered last Friday afternoon to Pennsylvania State Police in the shooting of a woman during an apparent road rage incident.
A woman was shot in the arm and leg while driving around 7:15 a.m. on Route 422 in Oaks, about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Police said her injuries do not appear life-threatening.
Police say the woman called 911 to report an erratic driver and thought she’d been sideswiped. But the woman had actually been struck by a bullet fired through the side of her car.
