County Court Sessions Held

STAFF REPORT

Judge Angela Rosenberry Krom of the 39th Judicial District of the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, March 2, at the Fulton County Courthouse.

Gary Lee Amodei appeared without counsel and waived arraignment proceedings on charges of driving under the influence. Amodei was entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program and will complete 12 months probation.

Abraham Z. Clippinger appeared with his attorney on charges of recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct. Clippinger was admitted into the ARD program and will complete 12 months probation.

Andre Patrick Green appeared with legal counsel and waived arraignment on charges of resisting arrest. Green entered a guilty plea and was ordered to spend between 39 days and 12 months in the Franklin County Prison.

Green also appeared on additional charges of giving false identification to law enforcement authorities. He again entered a plea of guilty and will accordingly complete 12 months probation.

David William Stottlemyer appeared with his attorney and entered a guilty plea to driving under the influence. He will be sentenced on April 6.

Brandon Dale Stutzman appeared without an attorney for arraignment on charges of driving under the influence. Stutzman was admitted into the ARD program and will complete 12 months probation.

Kenneth Wayne Trail also appeared in court on charges of driving under the influence on March 2 and was ordered to complete 12 months probation through the ARD program.

Crystal Rogers waived arraignment proceedings and entered a guilty plea to criminal mischief. Rogers was ordered to complete 18 months probation.

Billy Joe Pittman will complete 12 months probation for theft by unlawful taking. On an unrelated incident of driving under the influence, Pittman will spend 30 days in the Franklin County Prison.

Michael Lyn Robinson will spend between 24 and 240 months in a state correctional institution for burglary.

Gregory Lee Souders was ordered to complete 90 days in the Franklin County Prison for driving under the influence.

Judge Carol L. Van Horn of the 39th Judicial District of the Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, March 9, at the Fulton County Courthouse.

Keith Wayne Edwards appeared with his attorney for arraignment proceedings held on charges of driving under the influence. Edwards was admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program and ordered to complete 12 months probation.

Yolanda Soberal Keefer appeared with legal counsel and pled guilty to charges of driving under the influence. Keefer was ordered to complete six months probation.

Arraignment proceedings for Joseph Len Netz were continued for a later date. Netz is charged with driving under the influence.

Nathan Skidmore entered a not-guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance.

Kerry Lynn Strait appeared with legal counsel and was admitted into the ARD program on charges of driving under the influence.

Loren Herring was sentenced to between six and 60 months in a state correctional institution for a probation/parole violation.

Nick J. Barry will spend between 30 days and six months in the Franklin County Prison for driving under the influence.
