I just want to thank all of the beautiful people, nurses, etc., who made my stay in Fulton County Medical Center during my gallbladder operation so pleasant. Everyone I met was very anxious to assist me in any way to make as comfortable as possible. The new Fulton County Medical Center is the place to go. It is spotlessly clean and cheerful, with all the necessary things to make one feel so comfortable. A great thank-you to all the people who were anyway connected to its establishment. I do thank a very dear friend for her persistant work in collecting donations for it. Great job, Helen Overly.
I also want to thank all of the people who have been so very, very nice. The folks from Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren for their prayers, cards, visits, flowers, food, phone calls and our dear neighbors for all kinds of help. To my pastor, Roger Truax, and his anointing me. To my doctor, Dr. Riggle, for doing my operation. Also thanks to the Mc- Connellsburg ambulance and the people who were with it for being so kind on my trip to Hagerstown Hospital where everyone there was so kind during my operation there.
I want to thank my dear family, our son, Larry, and wife Patti Mellott and my dear husband for their help and all of my neighbors for all their help.
My precious Lord was with me all the time. So God bless all of you, and I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.
Virginia Lee Mellott
We would like to express our sincere appreciation and thanks to all who called upon, sent flowers, cards and food during our mother’s illness and passing. The amount of support and prayers were a blessing to all of us.
We would especially like to thank the caregivers and nurses with Hospice Lutheran Home Care Services. Their compassion, dedication and guidance helped sustain us during this difficult time.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the many people for the prayers, cards, food, and donations at the loss of our loved one Mike Stepanik.
The kindness that has been shown to our family has been greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Pleasant Grove Church.
Thank you, Darin and Jason, at Howard Sipes Funeral Home for taking the time to answer all of our questions and helping us through this hard time step by step. Mike was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but all the kindness that has been shown to us will get us through this time.
Thank you all once again,
The Stepanik Family
