Spriggs Inducted Into State Hall Of Fame


McConnellsburg track star Kim Spriggs Cameron points to her name on the Pennsylvania Track & Field Hall of Fame plaque after her induction into the Hall of Fame Saturday at Penn State. Spriggs was one of eight inductees honored during intermission at the state indoor track championships. She is the first-ever high school athlete in the county and area, according to her former coach and McConnellsburg athletic director Greg Hays, to be named to the state Hall of Fame.
