PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Police have charged seven more people, including six juveniles, with felony rioting charges in connection with a roving mob that stormed downtown Philadelphia earlier in the week.

Nneteen juveniles and four adults are facing charges stemming from a large, unruly gathering of mostly teens on Wednesday afternoon near City Hall.
