Waterfall Woman Uninjured

A Waterfall area woman escaped injury when her 2003 Ford truck spun into a snowbank and rolled onto its side on Tuesday, February 23. State police reported the truck, driven by 39- year-old Stacie Keller, then struck a fence and a gate before coming to rest along North Hess Road near the intersection of King Road. Keller’s truck was removed from the 6:20 p.m. accident scene by Tin Man Body Shop.

Harassment Charges Pending

Charges of harassment are pending against a Needmore woman following a verbal argument that turned physical at 874 Pleasant Grove Road, Needmore, between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Friday, February 19. Charges against Crystal Dawn Stanley, 34, will be filed through Magisterial District Judge Carol Jean Johnson in connection with Stanley allegedly harassing a 30- year-old Hancock, Md., woman.

McConnellsburg Man Arrested

Forty-one-year-old Keith Arthur Largent of McConnellsburg was arrested by state police on Wednesday, February 24, for possessing a firearm. State police reported Largent, a convicted felon, was found to be in possession of a Mossberg shotgun at 2899 Back Run Road, Mc- Connellsburg, during a 6:30 a.m. domestic disturbance. He was apprehended by troopers with assistance from the Mc- Connellsburg Volunteer Fire Co.

Credit Card Fraudulently Used

State police, McConnellsburg, reported an unknown individual used a credit card belonging to the Fulton County Area Vocational-Technical School of McConnellsburg to make purchases over the Internet between December 3, 2009, and February 23, 2010.

Dog Found

State police, McConnellsburg, found a small, brown and grey dachshund/hound mix along Cito Road near Great Cove Golf Course on Thursday, February 25, at 2 p.m. The owner of the dog is asked to contact Trooper Roher at the Mc- Connellsburg barracks by calling 717-485-3131.

McConnellsburg Man Cited For Harassment

Thirty-six-year-old Tracey Allan Hann of McConnellsburg has been charged with harassment as a result of an incident at the Sheetz convenience store in McConnellsburg on Tuesday, February 23. At 11:30 p.m. Hann allegedly called a 49-year-old Mc- Connellsburg woman a vulgar name. State police added that in the past Hann has routinely referred to the female in a vulgar manner while in public.

Screen Door Damaged

A screen on the front door of 637 East Pine Street, McConnellsburg, was cut between 8:20 p.m. and 8:35 p.m. on Saturday, February 27. The victim is a 51- year-old female. Access Device Fraud Investigated

A total of $79.50 was removed from a bank account belonging to a 43-year-old Warfordsburg area man between February 23 and 26. Anyone with further information pertinent to this case should contact Fulton County Crime Solvers by calling 717-485- 5771 or Trooper Carper at 717- 485-3131.

Woman Charged With Harassment

A Needmore woman faces charges of harassment after she allegedly sent two text messages to a 34-year-old Smithville, Mo., woman on Sunday, February 28, at 5:30 p.m. State police reported Bobbi Jo Chilcote has been cited in connection with the case that occurred at 423 Pleasant Grove Road in Belfast Township.

Guns Stolen

Multiple guns were stolen during a burglary at 3559 Pleasant Grove Road, Needmore, on Friday, February 26. The victim, a 34-year-old Needmore man, informed state police burglars entered his Belfast Township residence after breaking out the front door window between 8:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. The burglar then proceeded to steal three rifles and a pistol. Among the items taken were a Springfield 1911A1 45 cal. pistol, model 70 Winchester 300 rifle with AccuShot scope, a model 70 Winchester 30-30 lever action rifle with Tasco scope and a model 1500 Howa 30-06 Springfield rifle with Nikko scope. Accident Leads To DUI Charges

A nonreportable accident along Route 522 not far from the intersection of Sheepskin Hollow Road has led to charges of driving under the influence being filed against a McConnellsburg man. State police, McConnellsburg, have charged Shawn Edward Laman, 38, with drunk driving after his vehicle crashed into a snowbank on Saturday, February 20, at 2:45 p.m.

Juvenile Charged With Throwing Snowballs

State police have charged a 15-year-old McConnellsburg boy with disorderly conduct in connection with allegations he intentionally threw snowballs at 655 East Maple Street, Mc- Connellsburg Borough, on Sunday, February 28, at 8:30 p.m.

Hit-And-Run Reported

A 2003 Ford Taurus suffered damage to the passenger side door when it was hit by an unknown vehicle while parked between Market Street and West Spruce Street in McConnellsburg Borough on Thursday, February 25, at 3 p.m. Anyone having additional information concerning this hit-and-run accident should call Fulton County Crime Solvers at 717-485-5771 or Trooper Remeikas at 717-485-3131.

Charges Pending In Crash

Charges are pending in connection with a two-vehicle collision along the 200 block of Lincoln Way East in McConnellsburg Borough on Thursday, February 25. According to state police, 19-year-old Chelsea Ann Mc- Donald of McConnellsburg failed to yield to a 2000 Dodge Neon driven by Jessica Leigh Reimold, 18, also of McConnellsburg, while pulling out of an alley onto Lincoln Way East.

Reimold was not wearing a seat belt and sustained minor injuries during the 6 p.m. accident. McDonald was wearing a seat belt and was not harmed.

Dog Shot

A medium-sized lab mix sustained a gunshot wound along Heeter Road in Wells Township at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 25. Anyone having further information pertinent to this incident of cruelty to animals should call Fulton County Crime Solvers at 717-485-5771 or Trooper Remeikas at 717-485-3131.

Lawn Damaged

State police reported a darkcolored pickup truck became stuck in a front yard located on the 700 block of Lions Club Park Drive in Todd Township on February 18 at 4:30 p.m. The driver managed to free the vehicle but caused approximately $150 in damage to the lawn.

Vehicle Mirror Damaged

The left side mirror of a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer owned by a Needmore woman was struck by an unknown vehicle, according to state police. The Blazer was parked along South Second Street in the McConnellsburg Borough when the hit-and-run occurred on Monday, March 1, at 10:45 a.m.

Windows Broken

Two windows were broken at Carbaugh’s Coin Laundry in the McConnellsburg Borough between 1 p.m. on February 26 and 5 p.m. on March 1. The windows, which were located on the west side of the building, were valued at $100 each.
