Man’s Body Found Along Pa. Road May Be Pedestrian

GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) – Police are investigating a man’s body found along a western Pennsylvania road and say he may have been a pedestrian struck and left for dead.

State police in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, have not identified the man or confirmed yet how he died.

His body was found early Friday morning on Arona Road, an artery that connects other major roads in a semi-rural section of the township about 30 miles east of Pittsburgh.
