Bryan Madden and Amanda (Goshorn) Black of McConnellsburg announce the birth of a daughter, Lilie Ann Madden, February 20, 2010, at 4:17 p.m., at Waynesboro Hospital. She was delivered by Rosie Klinepeter.

She weighed 6 pounds, 10.9 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.
