The family of Ralph “Jake” Fraker would like to say a heartfelt thank-you to all family and friends in the community for the generous outpouring of love shown to us during the time of Dad’s passing.

The prayers, phone calls, visits, food, flowers, cards and kind words have lifted us up. Thank you to the nurses and staff at Fulton County Medical Center who took good care of Dad and to Dr. Brady for her care and compassion.

Thank you to all of you who visited Dad while he was a patient in Fulton County Medical Center. As you know, Dad was a “people person” and he appreciated each and every visit.

Special thanks to pastors Kevin Wade and Debbie Strait for their many visits and prayers. God bless you all.
