The Southern Fulton Indians built on their nine-point lead early on and extended it to a 71- 56 win Monday night over Shanksville. Amy Bard netted 20 points, and Chelsie Eader added 18 points, seven assists and seven steals. Jenna Hollenshead pumped in 10 points and added nine rebounds. Bailey Elbin and Taelor Morton both had six points.
Highland View 37
FCCCS 22
The Fulton County Community Christian School managed a strong final period, but it wasn’t enough to prevail over Highland View, which clinched the nonleague game 37-22. Jenae Gordon tallied 12 points, and teammate Andrea Leedy posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Everett 68 McConnellsburg 17
Everett jumped out to sink 32 unanswered points in the opening period of last Tuesday’s Sideling Hill League match and cruised on to a 68-17 victory over McConnellsburg. Lady Spartans Rachel Porterfield, Nikki Mc- Quade and Marleigh Jennings each rallied for four points during the game.

Southern Fulton missed more than two dozen easy shots and as a result fell short against the Northern Bedford Panthers, who won last Tuesday’s Sideling Hill League game 49-41. Chelsie Eader led the Indians with 21 points and three assists, while Amy Bard rallied for 10 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. Jenna Hollenshead was the team’s next highest scorer with seven points and seven rebounds.

Forbes Road 30
Belleville Mennonite’s scoring primarily came from the foul line last Tuesday paving the way for a 15-point victory over the Forbes Road Lady Cardinals. Kaili Hockensmith netted 11 points, six rebounds and two assists, while Sammie Clippinger managed 10 points. Shayla Carmack was the Lady Cardinals’ next highest scorer with five points.

McConnellsburg 20
Northern Bedford pumped in seven three-point shots and moved on to a 51-20 Sideling Hill League victory over the Mc- Connellsburg Lady Spartans. Rachel Porterfield was high scorer with seven points, and Casey Pollock had four points.
