FR Names Senior Student Of The Month

Erin McQuait Erin McQuait Erin McQuait, a sophomore at Forbes Road High School, has been named senior high student of the Month for January by the high school faculty. Students are selected by their teachers based on attendance, grades, citizenship and being a positive leader in the classroom.

Erin is enrolled in the academic curriculum and states that phys ed is her favorite class. Erin’s English teacher, Mrs. King, says, “Erin is a pleasant student with a positive attitude. She cares about the quality of her work and produces some creative projects. I enjoy working with her in class and interacting with her in class discussions.”

Erin also keeps busy with extracurricular activities such as field hockey, softball, secretary of the sophomore class, and FFA vice president. She is also a member of the Varsity Club, SADD and Tatoo.

Erin’s plans for the future are to become a physical therapist.

Her parents are Max and Brenda McQuait, and she has three older brothers. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her friends.

When a student is named Student of the Month by the faculty, it is in recognition of a promising young person who shows strength and character in his daily school life. Erin has impressed her teachers as being a good example of these students.
