Donna L. Chamberlain
Donna L. Chamberlain, 71, Robertsdale, died of natural causes Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at Bon Secours Holy Family Hospital, Altoona.
Born August 18, 1938, in Robertsdale, she was the daughter of the late John and Isabelle
Drenning) Guines. She was married to Forest Dean Chamberlain on June 30, 1956.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was a housewife and songbird for God.
She was a 1956 graduate of Robertsdale High School.
She was a lifelong member of Robertsdale Church of God and a member of the choir where she was a soloist, Sunday School teacher and member of the missionary society.
Surviving are her husband, Forest; daughter, Robin Sue Barnett, Claysburg; son, Timothy
husband of Peggy) Chamberlain, Riddlesburg; brother, Ronald Drenning, Georgia; sisters: Carole Wright, Robertsdale; Marlene Burkholder, State Line; Helen Sevrin, Tennessee; Jan Dardar, Virginia, and Yolanda Ritchey, James Creek, Pa.; grandchildren: Raelee, Lacy, Timarie, Ethan Forest, Ty, Kadynce, Nathan, Noah and Aaron; and a great-grandchild, Elijah Owen Chamberlain.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Elmer Drenning and Rodger Guine, and a sister, Anna Swope.
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 10, at Robertsdale Church of God at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Nathan Starr, assisted by pastors Donald Simmons and Darlene Seipple, officiated. Burial was made in Broad Top City IOOF Cemetery.
Curtis Heath Funeral Home, Broad Top, was in charge of arrangements.
