Larry C. Souders Sr., 65, Mc- Connellsburg, Pa., died Wednesday, December 30, 2009, at Fulton County Medical Center.

He was born December 1, 1944, in Chambersburg, Pa.,, the son of the late Charles and Helen (Strait) Souders.

He is survived by two sons: Shawn (husband of Heather) Souders of Chambersburg, Pa., and Larry C. Souders Jr. of Chambersburg; two daughters: Suzette (wife of Brian)Ramsey of McConnellsburg, and Anissa (wife of Shane) Snively of Chambersburg; one stepson, Brian (husband of Wendy) Helman of Goodview, Va.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; three brothers: Garry (husband of Gloria) Souders of Chambersburg; Ricky Souders of McConnellsburg; and Roger (husband of Nancy) Souders of St. Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles J. and Helen (Strait) Souders.
