Living Springs Chorale To Present Winter Concert

The Living Springs Chorale, a 25-voice ensemble under the direction of Lydia Walker and sponsored by The Community Choir Inc., will present a concert of seasonal music on Friday, January 15, 7 p.m. at the Seventhday Adventist Church in Berkeley Springs. The concert is open to the public and free of charge.

The Living Springs Chorale will be joined by George G. Rink Memorial Scholarship winner Chenaya Devine Milbourne. The Berkeley Springs High School senior will sing Handel’s “Lascia Ch’io Pianga.”

The Living Springs Chorale performed during the November 22 Community Thanksgiving Celebration, which was cosponsored by the Morgan County Clergy Association and partially funded through a grant from the Morgan Arts Council with funds from the West Virginia Commission on the Arts. After a short break, the choir will resume rehearsals in January for its spring concert series.
