Mr. and Mrs. Carbaugh In 1959 Richard and Irene Carbaugh celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary December 11, 2009. A group of family and friends celebrated with a surprise party at McConnellsburg Senior Citizen Center.

Mr. and Mrs. Carbaugh have two sons, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four step- great-grandchildren.
