Pay FCMC Bill Online

With customer service being a top priority of the Fulton County Medical Center, the business office has launched a more convenient way to pay your hospital bill. Beginning this week patients will be able to pay their bill online.

According to the director of revenue cycle operations Lisa Burgoyne, the business office has been working on numerous solutions to make it easier and more convenient for patients to pay their bills. In addition to the online bill-paying feature, it has also launched a new “look” to the paper bills you will receive. The new bill will include a message section, services description, information on billing assistance and a post-it note feature to draw attention to other information. FCMC has contracted with a company to assist with patient accounts and send out statements. Statements will be mailed with an Ohio return address. Phone calls to make payment arrangements may be made directly to an 800 or local phone number. This option will allow for extended office hours – Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. “We needed to find a way to be more accessible to our patients and this seemed like a viable option” says Burgoyne. Customer-service representatives will be available to help patients with questions on their bills.

To access the online bill pay feature just go to www.fcmcpa.org and click on Pay Bill.
