Center For Families Gets $7,000 Technology Award
Fulton County Center for Families is the grateful recipient of a technology award of $7,000 through LearntobeHealthy.org. The award is funded by Highmark Healthy High 5, a children’s health promotion initiative of the Highmark Foundation. The funds will be used to purchase an interactive white board and laptop computers. The FCCF school-age childcare in McConnellsburg Elementary School will use the equipment with the learning materials located at LearntobeHealthy. org. The topics relate to wellness, including nutrition and fitness. For more information about this project locally, please contact JoAnn Clippinger, director of childcare at Fulton County Center for Families, at 717-485-5038 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
