Tuesday Court Sessions Held

STAFF REPORT

Judges Richard J. Walsh and Carol L. Van Horn of the 39th Judicial District of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas presided over court sessions held at the Fulton County Courthouse on November 3 and 10.

David Lynn Binkley was admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program on charges of driving under the influence.

Glen Robert Bishop was also admitted into the ARD program on charges of driving under the influence.

Summer M. Burdette appeared with legal counsel for arraignment on charges of fraud/assistance. Burdette entered a not-guilty plea, and her trial has been tentatively scheduled for the January 25 term of court.

George Lorenzo-Lozada appeared with his attorney and entered a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance. His sentencing has been scheduled for December 8, and he was recommitted to the Bedford County Prison until that time.

Joseph Gerald Taylor appeared with counsel and was sentenced to 12 months probation in connection with entering a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Joseph L. Netz, who failed to appear in court for a probation/parole-violation hearing.

Jonathan Carl Stallman was recommitted to the Franklin County Jail following a probation/ parole-violation hearing.

Christopher Aaron Yost failed to appear in court. His case was continued until November 29.

A bench warrant was also issued for the arrest of Tony Gantz, who failed to appear in court.

Brandon Michael Barrick appeared with legal counsel and waived arraignment proceedings on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Barrick was admitted into the ARD program and will complete 12 months probation.

Richard Earl Garland appeared with his attorney and was admitted into the ARD program on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Garland will complete 12 months probation.

Bradley Allan Hutchinson appeared with his attorney and pled guilty to seasons possession bag limits devices and hunting without securing a license. Hutchinson was sentenced after entering the plea.

John Elwood Mawyer appeared with legal counsel and pleaded guilty to simple assault. Mawyer was sentenced to 12 months probation.

Brian Davis pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and will be sentenced on December 29.

Dennis Lynn Fox was sentenced to between 36 months and 120 months in a state correctional institution on one count of persons not to possess firearms.

Chris Alan Snyder was sentenced to between 90 days and 60 months in the Franklin County Prison for driving under the influence.

Roger Black was sentenced to between 30 days and six months in the Franklin County Prison for driving under the influence.

Jack Frederick Bonebrake Jr. appeared win court for a probation/ parole-violation hearing. A written court order was issued in the matter.
