She is a graduate of Mc- Connellsburg High School, received her B.S. in nursing from Penn State and her M.S. in nursing from St. Joseph’s College in Maine. Her Ph.D. is in management and leadership.
Dr. Lackner is the mother of three children. Her twin sons received their bachelor’s degrees in May from the University of Montana, and her daughter is a senior in Big Sky High School in Missoula.
Lisa formerly was a flight nurse at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula and emergency services nurse supervisor at Community Hospital in Missoula and lately nurse supervisor of emergency services at Marcus Daley Hospital in Hamilton, Mont. Currently she is dean of nursing at Salish Kootenai College, a tribal college on the Flathead Reservation in Pablo, Mont.
