Brandon and Tracey Fletcher of Harrisonville are pleased to announce the birth of their second child, Cole Owen Parker Fletcher.

Cole was born September 25, 2009, at 5:17 a.m., at Waynesboro Hospital, delivered by Rosie Klinepeter. He weighed 7 pounds, 12.9 ounces and was 20 inches long. Cole has a very proud big sister, Cloe.

Proud grandparents are Tim and Kathy Gelvin of Hustontown and Bryan and Debbie Fletcher of Harrisonville. Great-grandparents are Rheon and Patsy Gelvin and Betty Woy of Hustontown and Florence Helman and Reuben Hann of Harrisonville.
