Birth Announced
      Tiffany Fagley and Anthony Duncan would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Serenity Faythe Allysen Fagley, born July 18, 2009, at 9:54 a.m. She was delivered by Jill Linton, CNM, at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 inches long. Serenity joins her brother, Landin, 6, and sisters: Alexia, 3, and Alehyia, 2.

      Alan and Doreene (Orendorf) Clugston, McConnellsburg, announce the birth of a son, Zachary Alan, October 17, 2009, at 3:03 a.m., at Waynesboro Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 12.5 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long and was delivered by Rosie Klinepeter. Zachary has two older sisters, Alisha and Breanna.

Celebrates First
      Nathaniel Arville Paul Seburn celebrated his first birthday September 16 with a camping trip to Shawnee State Park. He is the son of Sheila Seburn of McConnellsburg. Grandparents are Lawrence and Michelle Seburn of McConnellsburg and the late Mary Jane Seburn. Great-grandparents are Jake and Judy Seburn of Needmore and the late Jenny Seburn.

      Brandon and Tracey Fletcher of Harrisonville are pleased to announce the birth of their second child, Cole Owen Parker Fletcher. Cole was born September 25, 2009, at 5:17 a.m., at Waynesboro Hospital, delivered by Rosie Klinepeter. He weighed 7 pounds, 12.9 ounces and was 20 inches long. Cole has a very proud big sister, Cloe.

Celebrates Fourth
      Regan Jean Henry celebrated her fourth birthday on September 23, 2009. She celebrated with a “Strawberry Shortcake” party. Proud parents are Eddie and Melissa Henry of Clear Ridge. Regan is blessed to have five older brothers: Brandon, Tanner, Bohen and Caden Henry and Brandon Mellott.
