Cumberland Valley Christian 3,

Southern Fulton 0

Cumberland Valley Christian blanked Southern Fulton 3-0 Saturday afternoon, bringing the Indian's record to 1-2. Indians goalkeeper Courtney Strait finished the non-league match with five saves.

Forbes Road 6,

Belleville Mennonite 3

Forbes Road fought back from a two-goal deficit to oust Belleville Mennonite by the final score of 6-3 Friday evening. Trent Black and Donovan Bricker both tallied two goals for the Cardinals, who also got goals from Dakota Deneen and Dillen Burger. Assisting were Burger, Bricker, Deshong and Eric Broadwater.

Southern Fulton 3,

Brothersvalley 1

Josh Hill, Shad Gordon and Mason Bard each racked up a goal for the Southern Fulton Indians Saturday afternoon to easily down Brothersvalley 3-1. The win increased the junior high squad's undefeated record to 2-0.

Southern Fulton 1, Cumberland Valley Christian 1

Southern Fulton picked up its first tie of the season Monday evening with a 1-1 stand off against Cumberland Valley Christian. Austin Mellott scored the lone goal for the Indians.

Field Hockey

Forbes Road 3, St. James 1

Jess Gearhart filled in for injured goalkeeper Leah Summers and recorded a total of 12 saves for the victorious Forbes Road Lady Cardinals in a 3-1 win over St. James. Kaili Hockensmith recorded two goals, and Kelsey Lilley added one. Teammate Erin McQuait finished the match with one assist.

Forbes Road 4, Huntingdon 1

Huntingdon outnumbered the Forbes Road Cardinals in both shots and penalty corners, but it was the Cardinals who prevailed, winning last Thursday's Keystone League match 4-1. Kelsey Lilley and Sammie Clippinger both had two goals, and Lilley along with teammates Kaili Hockensmith and Megan Keller each added an assist. Leah Summers, goalie, wrapped up the game with 12 saves.

Chambersburg 7, Forbes Road 0

Goalkeeper Leah Summers racked up nine saves for the Forbes Road Cardinals last Tuesday during a dismal 7-0 blasting at the hands of the Chambersburg Trojans. The loss put the Lady Cardinals season record at 1-1.

McConnellsburg 1, Rockwood 0

McConnellsburg eked out a one-goal victory over Rockwood Friday with Spartan Libby Strayer scoring an an assist from Nikki McQuade. Sam McQuade, goalie, blocked six shots for Mc- Connellsburg.

North Star 4, McConnellsburg 3

North Star managed to rack up two goals in the final five minutes of last Tuesday's non-league match to slip past the Mc- Connellsburg Spartans 4-3. Nikki McQuade recorded two goals, and Casey Pollock added one for McConnellsburg. Libby Strayer, Rachel Porterfield and Tiffany Bunch all finished with one assist. McConnellsburg Finishes

Spartan Tournament 3-5

McConnellsburg wrapped up the 20th annual Lady Spartan Tournament Saturday with a record of 3-5 against teams from James Buchanan, Bedford, Shade and St. James. Bedford downed Shade 25-22 in the pool A playoff final match.

McConnellsburg 3, Hyndman 0

A'Leese Dickerson tallied eight kills, four blocks, seven digs and three aces to lead the Mc- Connellsburg Spartans on to a 3- 0 win over the Hyndman Hornets Thursday. Lisa DeShong dished out 19 assists and added six digs, while Valerie Green had seven kills and six digs.

Mount Union 3,

Southern Fulton 0

In spite of battling in games one and two, Southern Fulton was unable to prevail last Tuesday evening, falling to Mount Union 3-0 in scores tallied at 25- 22, 25-19 and 25-12. Brittany Strait totalled five kills for the Indians, and Rachel Norris added 12 digs. Alexis Knisely contributed nine service points and four aces. Cierra Covalt finished with seven assists.

Golf

Everett 202, Northern Bedford

227, Rockwood 243

Jesse Newman topped last Thursday's best score of the day with a 38 for the Everett Warriors, who downed both Northern Bedford and Rockwood. Newman, who attends school at the Forbes Road School District, was aided by teammates Dylan Gelvin and Andrew King. Both Gelvin and King shot a 42.

Everett 201, Bedford 213

Everett out performed Bedford last Friday, defeating the Bisons by 12 strokes for the 201- 213 victory. Jesse Newman was once again the best shot for Everett with a score of 36, while teammates Andrew King and Dylan Gelvin followed with a respective 39 and 44.

Everett 202, Northern Bedford

239, Chestnut Ridge 298

Three Forbes Road Cardinals playing on the Everett golf team led the Warriors on to wins over Northern Bedford and Chestnut Ridge last Tuesday. Jesse Newman shot a 40, and Andrew King tallied 41. Dylan Gelvin wrapped up the match at Down River with a score of 42.
