3 Charged In Slaying Of Man Found Along Pa. Road
DUNMORE, Pa. (AP) - Three people are charged in what police say was a gang-related murder for hire in which the victim was along a rural road in northeastern Pennsylvania.
State police said Wednesday that 18-year-old Tonie Future, his 25-year-old brother Jeffery Future, and 17-year-old Christian Kenyon all fired shots at 29-yearold Allen Fernandez of Scranton. His body was found July 30.
Police say all three defendants live in West Scranton and the two younger defendants are both seniors at West Scranton High School.
Court records show Fernandez was paroled from state prison on June 11. He had been sentenced in April 2006 to 21 months to five years for dealing cocaine.
