County Conducts Routine Business
Fulton County commissioners Bonnie Mellott Keefer and David Hoover, at their weekly meeting Tuesday, addressed a number of routine business matters.
Project developer Karen Hann met with the commissioners to dicuss various county projects, including the Bethel Township sewer extension project, the county library renovation project and the Center for Community Action housing rehabilitation project.
The commissioners were updated on delinquent tax matters by Treasurer Monica Seville and also got an update on PennDOT's new bridge risk assessment tool from planning director Mary K. Seville, who presented a listing of the 62 worst bridges in Fulton, Bedford, Somerset and Huntingdon counties.
Technology director Eldon Martin presented an option for replacing five printers and/or copiers with a single device for county offices located in the lower level of 219 North Second Street.
The Emergency Management Program agreement with PEMA (Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency) was approved by the commissioners.
