Fresh off his big win a week ago against the Lucas Oil late model series in Ohio, Racin' Jason Covert came back to Hagerstown Speedway and continued his season dominance with his fifth win of the year Saturday night.
Covert's latest win came in the Ernie D's Special for Late Models and was worth $2,825 to Covert the Barry Klinedinst owned team. He took the lead on lap 12 after starting 11th and drove off from the field for the win over Jack Pencil, Mike Lupfer, Roy Deese Jr. and DJ Myers. Frankie Plessinger finished 11th, Cory Houck 12th, Brent Smith 14th, Tyler Hershey 18th and Marvin Winters 23rd.

Cody Darrah turned in an impressive run Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway to win his second 410 Sprint car feature of the season at the track.
Darrah started 12th on a dry track that produced very little passing earlier in the night and came on strong late to score the big win.
Rick Lafferty finished second over Dave Ely, Doug Esh and Fred Rahmer.
Rich Eichelberger won his first 358 Sprint car feature of the season over Steve Fannasy, Nicole Bower, Billy Johns and Cory Haas.
Mother Nature was making some noise on Saturday night, but Lincoln Speedway was able to withstand more than a twohour rain delay for Doug Esh to capture his first 410 Sprint car win of the season.
Esh came from 14th starting spot to post the win over Fred Rahmer, Randy Baughman, Ed Aiken and Brent Marks.
Bill Dietrich scored an exciting final lap win in the 358 Sprint car feature. Dietrich blasted around Brad McClelland, coming off the fourth turn for the checkered flag for his first win of the season over McClelland, Jeff Rohrbaugh, Derek Sell and John Barnett.
Mike Bittinger won his second 358 Sprint car feature Friday at Trail-Way Speedway over Brad McClelland, Jeff Rohrbaugh, Dale Hammaker and Derek Sell.
DJ Myers won for the first time this season in Friday night Late Model action at Bedford Speedway. A week after his big win at Central PA Speedway, Myers scored the win at Bedford over Austin Hubbard, Jack Pencil, Greg Satterlee and Jeff Miller, with Tyler Hershey finishing seventh.
Derek Byler ended his bad luck streak with his first 358 Late Model win at Bedford over Matt Parks, Tim Smith Jr., Rick Singleton and Brian Lessley. Steve Bard finished in the 11th spot.
Saturday night racing at Port Royal and Williams Grove speedways was rained out, while Selinsgrove and Susquehanna Speedway both had a scheduled weekend break.
