Judge Richard Walsh Holds Court Session

STAFF REPORT

Judge Richard J. Walsh of the 39th Judicial District of the Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, June 30, at the Fulton County Courthouse.

Samantha Raquel Beeler appeared with her attorney for arraignment proceedings held on charges of the corruption of minors. Beeler was admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program and will complete 12 months probation.

Michael Eldon Deneen appeared with legal counsel and entered a not-guilty plea to driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Deneen's trial has been scheduled for the October 26 term of court.

Hank Wible Keefer appeared with his attorney on charges of theft by deception and forgery. Keefer, who pleaded not guilty, will reappear during the October 26 term of court for a trial.

Phillip Shaw Wood appeared with legal representation and was admitted into the ARD program on charges of driving under the influence and summary offenses. Wood will complete 12 months probation.

Darren Stewart Woodring appeared with his attorney and waived arraignment on driving under the influence and summary offenses. Woodring pled not guilty, and his trial will be held during the October 26 term of court.

Layla Ann Wood appeared with counsel and entered a guilty plea to theft by unlawful taking. A presentence investigation was not required, and Wood will complete 12 months probation.
