On Saturday, June 27, a retirement party to honor Linda Stains Myers was held at the home of Althea Stains. June birthdays were celebrated for Linda Myers, Scott Truax, Tony Shives, Wendy, Chloe and Aurora Lake, Alexandra Smith, Macy and Clay Patterson, and twins Elexis and Olivia Brown.
Others attending the celebration were John and Charlotte Hodge, Jack Myers, Jon and Cathy Harding, Mahlon and Jody Shimer and granddaughter Nevaeh, Curt, Amy and Hilary Patterson, Cory Hearn, Darryl, Katie and Bunny Patterson and Wade, Dorothy, Eric, Nathan and Delaney Patterson.

Hostess was Althea Stains who is mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother to her family. She enjoys her 13 grandchildren, 17 great-great grandchildren and three greatgreat grandchildren.
Steve and Karen Grissinger attended a picnic at the home of Travis, Tawnya and Tristen Hall on Saturday evening. The Halls hosted the picnic for more than 50 family members and friends.

Neva Fleming has been a patient at Fulton County Medical Center and in Harrisburg Hospital. She is now recovering at home.
