Knobsville Singles To Meet Knobsville Singles will meet Tuesday, July 14, at 11:00 a.m. at James Buchanan's Birthplace for a picnic. Please bring a covered dish. Plates, cups, etc. will be provided.

Step Back In Time Union soldiers wounded while fighting General Stonewall Jackson's troops near Hancock, Md., wrote their names on the walls of Tonoloway Church in the winter of 1862 when it served as a Civil War hospital. To view their signatures and hear the stories of the men, the public is invited to a meeting inside the church on Friday evening, July 10, 2009, at 6:30 p.m,. sponsored by the Fulton County Historical Society. Farm Bureau Development Meeting There will be a county policy development meeting of Fulton County Farm Bureau on Thursday, July 9, at 7:30 p.m. at Asbury Church Education Building. The church is located right along Route 30 in Harrisonville. Anyone having concerns regarding laws affecting farming job/operation, please plan to attend. If unable to attend, call Reed Englert at 717-987-3965 or Donald Bard at 573-2838 to discuss concerns so that they can brought forward at the meeting.
