Wallace D. Black
Wallace Dean Black, 83, Graham, Wash., died Thursday, June 11, 2009, in St. Claire Hospital in Lakewood, Wash.
He was born April 19, 1926, in McConnellsburg, the son of the late Luther and Pearl Black.
He owned and operated Black's Trailer Court in McConnellsburg and worked at Tracy Fashion for 30 years before retiring.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a lifetime member of the McConnellsburg F.O.V.A Post 655.
He is survived by his wife, Mary B. Black, Graham, Wash.; one daughter, Cindy Black of Graham, Wash.; two grandsons and two great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
