Southern Fulton 6, Berlin 0

Southern Fulton ousted topseeded Berlin 6-0 on Wednesday and earned its rightful position in the championship game of District 5-A playoffs. Kelsey White continued her successful season as the team's freshman pitcher recording her 12th victory of the season with nine strikeouts, one walk and two hits. White along with teammate Alexis Knisely both had doubles for the Indians. Keena Elbin wrapped up the day batting three-for-four with two runs, and Brooke Whiteside along had two hits.

Fannett-Metal 7,

Southern Fulton 4

Southern Fulton fell short last Thursday afternoon at the hands of the Fannett-Metal Tigers, who clinched the District 5-A softball title by the ending score of 7-4. Kelsey White led the offense and defense going three-for-four at the plate and striking out one batter and giving up one walk, seven hits and one earned run. Carissa Gordon added two hits, which included a double and triple.
