Cellphone Missing

A 10-year-old Hustontown girl reported to state police her cellular phone was lost or stolen from Forbes Road Elementary School on Wednesday, May 13, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Anyone having additional information pertinent to this case of theft should call Fulton County Crime Solvers at 717-485-5771 or Trooper Falkosky at 717-485- 3131.

DUI Charges Pending

Charges of driving under the influence are pending against a Seward, Pa., man through the office of Magisterial District Judge Wendy Mellott. According to state police, 51-year-old George Herbert Carpenter was allegedly driving drunk on Wednesday, May 13, at 3:43 p.m. along Route 30 on Scrub Ridge.

Purse Taken

A purse belonging to a 27- year-old McConnellsburg woman was taken from her Hillside Estates home in Todd Township between 7 p.m. on May 8 and 10 a.m. on May 9. No additional items were removed during the theft, state police reported. Heater Stolen

A porch swing and heater went missing from 3594 Stoneybreak Road, Warfordsburg, between May 3 and May 8. The victim is a 68-year-old male. Anyone with further information concerning this theft is urged to call Fulton County Crime Solvers at 717-485-5771 or Trooper Sprague at 717-485-3131.

Three Teens Found Drinking At School

Three male juveniles between the ages of 15 and 16 were allegedly found drinking an alcoholic beverage at Forbes Road High School on Wednesday, May 13, at 11 a.m. Underage drinking charges against the trio were filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.

Highly Intoxicated Teen Turned Over To Parents

State police, McConnellsburg, responded to a call on Thursday, May 14, from 1360 Enid Road in Wells Township where a 17-year-old male was reportedly highly intoxicated. State police took the teen into custody at 12:01 a.m. without incident and transported him to his parents. Charges against the juvenile are being filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.

Warfordsburg Man Cited For DUI

Forty-two-year-old Roger L. Black of Warfordsburg will be cited for driving under the influence and various summary offenses in connection with a traffic stop along Route 522 near the village of Webster Mills on Saturday, May 9. State police indicated Black was stopped after patrol troopers reportedly spotted him driving erratically at 3:15 p.m.

Public Drunkenness Charges Filed

Charges of public drunkenness have been filed in neighboring Bedford County against a Harrisonville man in connection with an incident on Wednesday, May 6, at the Best Western Hotel in Breezewood. Jeffery Edgar Sheffield was allegedly intoxicated at 5:20 p.m. and yelled at hotel employees, state police in Bedford stated.

Four Injured In Crash

Four individuals were transported to Fulton County Medical Center for treatment of minor to moderate injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash at the entrance to Penn's Village Shopping Center last Tuesday.

On May 12 at 12:25 p.m. Micha Failes, 31, of Merom HaIsgalil, Israel, attempted to make a left-hand turn from Route 16 into the shopping center parking lot when he crossed into the path of an eastbound 1997 Ford Escort operated by Bradley J. Carr, 18, of St. Thomas.

Carr, Failes and Failes' passengers Yeal Felvman, 30, and Daniel L. Hazan, 30, were all wearing seat belts. Failes will be cited for turning movements and required signals.

Mailbox Damaged

A mailbox belonging to a 56- year-old Warfordsburg woman was damaged with a blunt object between 9 p.m. on May 14 and 7 a.m. on May 15. The mailbox was located at 3739 Thompson Road in Thompson Township. Intoxicated Teen Found In Dublin Township

A 16-year-old male was found by state police in an alleged intoxicated state outside 3982 North Clear Ridge Road in Dublin Township on Sunday, May 17, at 7 p.m. Charges against the teen were filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.

McConnellsburg Man Charged With Harassment

Forty-four-year-old Mc- Connellsburg resident David Aaron Burton was charged with harassment by state police as a result of an incident in the Penn's Village Shopping Center parking lot on Saturday, May 16.

According to state police, Burton allegedly drove his truck in circles around a 63-year-old McConnellsburg man, who was sitting inside his parked vehicle at 2:43 p.m. Burton, state police said, got out of his vehicle and bumped his chest against the driver's side window of the victim's truck. He reportedly threatened the man, who in turn got out of his truck carrying a wrench. Burton then spit in the man's face.

Maryland Man Victim Of Hit-And-Run

A Riverdale, Md., man escaped injury when his westbound 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse was struck from behind along Interstate 70 in Brush Creek Township. Twenty-three-year-old Vincent E. Farally II told state police he was moving into the righthand lane when the left corner of his rear bumper was struck by what is believed to have been a blue Chevrolet Astro van. The van continued westbound following the May 14 6:15 p.m. crash. Retail Theft Investigated

Officials from Getty Mart in McConnellsburg informed state police an individual operating an older model,white minivan pumped 10.5 gallons of gasoline and left the Ayr Township convenience store without paying on Thursday, May 14, at 6:50 p.m. The gas has been valued at $25. Theft Is Crime Of The Week

Fulton County Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for additional information leading to the arrest of individuals responsible for a theft at the 3594 Stoneybreak Road, Warfordsburg, home of Robert L. White. State police, McConnellsburg, reported this month thieves stole a porch swing and heater from White's Warfordsburg residence on May 3. The stolen items have been valued at $275.

Anyone having additional information related to this case should call Fulton County Crime Solvers at 717-485-5771. Anyone providing information leading to the arrest of a suspect is eligible to receive a reward of up to $1,000 but will not have to appear in court or provide their name. Crime Solvers will also pay for information leading to arrests in connection with any other crimes committed in Fulton County. DUI Charges Pending

Charges of driving under the influence are pending against a 25-year-old McConnellsburg woman who was stopped for a traffic violation along Route 30 in Todd Township. Charges against Christie Klein Dick will be filed through Magisterial District Judge Wendy Mellott following the receipt of blood results.

Chambersburg Man Jailed Following DUI Arrest

Twenty-seven-year-old Joe William Ausherman of Chambersburg was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence on Saturday, May 16, and was sent to the Franklin County Prison for violating the terms of his probation. Ausherman, state police related, ran a stop sign along the Route 30 bypass in Todd Township at 1:47 a.m. Charges of drunk-driving will be filed through Magisterial District Judge Wendy Mellott.
