National Day of Prayer An informal National Day of Prayer gathering will be held on the lawn of the Fulton County Courthouse at noon Thursday, May 7. All are encouraged to participate and offer prayers to the Lord for the community and nation. More information may be obtained by calling 717-987-3935.

Kid's Day Kid's Day 2009 will be held Sunday, May 3, at 9:00 a.m., at Dublin Mills Community Church, 2700 Dublin Mills Road, Hustontown. Included will be singing, Bible lessons, puppets, door prizes, games and more. Kids of all ages even grownups are invited to attend. Please call 814-685-3910 for more information.

Power Wednesday See a member of The Power Team perform feats of strength and sharing of their testimony April 21 at Needmore Bible Church at 6:30 p.m.; Calvary Independent Baptist Church at 7:00 p.m.; and McConnellsburg Methodist Church at 7:00 p.m. More information may be obtained by calling 860-0630.

Spring Roundup Immanuel Bible Church, Three Springs, will hold a spring roundup event on Sunday, April 26, (raindate May 3). The Roundup event (Rally Day type event where kids invite lots friends) is at the UR OK corral at Immanuel Bible Church, 22054 Starr Rd, Three Springs. Fun and games, including lasso competition at 4:30 p.m.; covered dish picnic at 5:45 p.m.; and at 6:30 music featuring The Aughwick Band. All are welcome. Bring a lawnchair and cowboy-type covered dish for the picnic.
