MEETINGS

PARSE Meeting Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees (PARSE) has a 9:00 a.m. breakfast meeting on the second Wednesday of every month at McConnellsburg FOVA (VFW). All retired state employees and spouses are invited to attend. For additional information, call 485-4763.

Quilt Club Meeting Fulton County Quilt Club will be meeting at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, in the Fulton Theatre, located behind F&M Bank at the corner of Lincoln Way East and Route 522. This meeting will be a mini-workship to start or complete the Marsha Mc- Closkey "block party" blocks as presented at the February meeting. Please bring sewing kits, sewing machines if you would like and 1800s reproduction fabric choices for the block party. More information may be obtained by calling Rene at 717-372-6121.

Town Meeting Fulton County commissioners will host a town meeting April 2 at Hustontown Senior Center at 7:00 p.m. More information may be obtained by calling 717-485-3691.

Pioneer Club Meeting There will be a Pioneer Club meeting at Rock Hill Mennonite Church on April 1 and 15 at 7:00 p.m. All ages are welcome to attend. More information may be obtained by calling Stacy Snyder at 485-0122 or Kim Seiders a 485-9074.

Sportsmen's League Meeting Fulton County Sportsmen's League will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the stone house at the trout nursery on March 20.

Garden Club Meeting North End Garden Club will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 24, at Knobsville Methodist Church. Lunch will be served at noon and the club's "calendar of events" for the year will be announced during the meeting to follow. New members are welcome to attend. Democratic Meetings Fulton/Franklin Democratic Club meets the third Tuesday of each month in Democratic Headquarters at 7:00 p.m., 123 South Second Street, McConnellsburg. Meetings are open to the public, light refreshments are provided and all are welcome. More information may be obtained by calling 485-3386.

PA-R-PAC Meeting PA-R-PAC will be hosting a "Meet The Candidates Nite" on April 6 at Sideling Hill Christian Church Community Hall at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend and bring a friend. Legion Meeting American Legion Post 561 active members regular meeting is the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Auxiliary members meet the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Members of both organizations are urged to attend.
